1. Products purchased from PRINTER SETUP are totally refundable from date of purchase of a product and will be covered under manufacturer warranty policy.
2. If you have received a damaged product than you can either apply for refund or replacement by calling our Customer services Department on +1- (844)-789-3636 in order to process your return or replacement request.
3. The return/replacement is only eligible if the product received by the customer is damaged or faulty. We will refund the whole amount but a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if the product is not under replacement period.
4. If you want to cancel the product or you want to return them then you should call our Customer Services Department on +1-(844)-789-3636 and you can email us on csa@msrepairs.co. We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours. And we are available on phone 24/7 365 days.
5. Once the return request is placed, than you have the ship the product back to our store address and that shipping fee is not bearable us.
6. We will only accept the returned product if the product received is intact and is in unused condition with no damage on the product providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging or in the condition in which they were received by the consumer. Refund approval will only be given after the inspection.
7. A refund will be processed within 5 days after approval. This means you will get your money within 15 business days of having return approval.
8. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which doesn’t follow the above conditions then will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
9. We are legally obliged to return your money within 7 days. However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we can charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaint’s procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States law.
