Once you have received authorisation to return your product from www.printersetup.us, you will be issued a returns authorisation number.
Please note that products can only be returned within seven (07) business days after issuance of the RA Number.
Each RA number is exclusive for that particular product and we will not issue any R A Numbers for more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date.
It is mandatory to obtain an RA Number before returning any products to www.printersetup.us
If you receive a product that is inoperable or damaged, please notify www.printersetup.us within Five (05) business days from the delivery date.
In such cases, we will arrange for our designated returns carrier to collect the product, and we will cover the cost of the return shipment.
We will either repair or replace the inoperable product, or refund the full invoice amount, excluding the original shipping costs.
If DOA returns are made after thirty (30) days from the shipment date, the products will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policies.
If you are returning a product for any reason other than a defective product, you will be responsible for the return freight and any damages that may occur during transit back to www.printersetup.us.
We recommend that you obtain insurance for the products you return to us.
Non-defective returns authorised by www.printersetup.us are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the product price, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
Upon receiving the return, we will test all products and reserve the right to impose freight and restocking charges on customers who return inoperable products.
Please ensure that all cables, software, manuals, drivers, documentation and packaging materials are included with the returned products. Any components installed by the customer must be removed from the product being returned or credit for the installed product may not be issued. If you fail to include all shipped items with your return, www.printersetup.us reserves the right to charge you for any missing items. Please note that printers returned with installed ink or toner will not be accepted. We advise that you back up any data on hard drives or other storage products before returning them to www.printersetup.us. We will not be liable for any lost data. Unsealed software, drivers or any electronic material delivered by email or any soft sources, laser printer toner, and inkjet ink cartridges may not be returned to www.printersetup.us. All returned products must be in new condition and we reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear and tear. We may charge you for any costs incurred by www.printersetup.us in restoring returned products necessary for their resale as refurbished products.
To cancel a subscription plan, please contact MS Repairs LLC (Call : 1855-800-8866) Customer Service email at [contact@msrepairs.co] at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
Upon cancellation, the customer will receive a prorated refund for any unused services.
Refunds for subscription plans will be prorated based on the number of services remaining in the plan as pro data base.
Subscription plans cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first service date has passed.
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of service received, they may contact MS Repairs Customer Service 1855-800-8866 to request a refund or to reschedule a service at no additional charge.
Requests for refunds or rescheduling must be made within 72 hours of the service start date.
MS Repairs or 123 InkArt reserves the right to cancel or modify subscription plans at any time, with a notice to the customer. In such cases, customers will be offered a prorated refund for any unused services.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to purchase the subscription plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
